Job placements and on-job development

DHL

DHL is passionate and committed to building a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment where everyone has a sense of belonging. DHL commitment in 2022 was to expand its DEIB program to have a greater impact by building a sustainable workforce for the future. This partnership with Evolvin’ Women has kicked off to support 3 key Sustainable Development Goals of Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Reduced Inequalities.

HILTON

Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Evolvin’ Women are working together to deliver training and employment to women which will boost economic activities, job creation and sustainable development. Thanks to Hilton’s Travel with Purpose Action Grants program, in 2018 Evolvin’ Women was awarded a grant for the set-up of Kutafiti, its non-profit arm headquartered in Kenya.

IHG

IHG was the first to pilot our new men’s program, providing the initial placements that paved the way for its successful launch. Their support has had a profound impact across the region, with placements in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, achieving the broadest regional coverage in the Middle East.

HILTON

Hilton has been a steadfast partner in supporting our outreach programs in Kenya, positively impacting the lives of 500 to 700 young people each year. Their continued commitment extends to grant support, including a recent contribution to Edina, enabling her to launch a women’s empowerment project in Zambia. This initiative provides women with valuable baking skills, empowering them to build sustainable livelihoods.
