Yes. They are free to apply anywhere, and we assist only when necessary (e.g. limited internet access).
No. Participation is not linked to international placement.
No. Fees cover coaching, events, and software licenses only—no visa, ticket, or medical fees are charged.
No. While interviews are not guaranteed, we provide access to a network of hiring partners.
With footprint in South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda, Namibia, Rwanda, Ghana, Botswana, Malawi, and Kenya, the Evolvin’ Women Programme is available to women from the African Continent.
We only receive applications from women and men meeting the following criteria. You must:
- Be 23 years of age and above;
- Possess a minimum of 12-month work experience;
- Possess a passport with at least 1 year of validity or be eligible to apply for a passport;
- Be eligible for a police clearance certificate from the relevant local authority.
No, we don’t. Evolvin’ Women only facilitate employment opportunities within the private sector. We do not work with private houselholds.
