Our partnership with Evolvin’ began in 2022 when we welcomed our first Evolvin’ participants into the hotel. Since then, we have proudly grown this partnership, employing five participants across various roles, each bringing ambition, resilience, and an eagerness to learn.
What has been most powerful for us is witnessing these young talents grow into their fullest potential. From their first days on the floor to becoming confident, capable professionals, their journey has been inspiring. IHG was the first to pilot our new men’s program, providing the initial placements that paved the way for its successful launch. Their support has had a profound impact across the region, with placements in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, achieving the broadest regional coverage in the Middle East.

HILTON

Hilton has been a steadfast partner in supporting our outreach programs in Kenya, positively impacting the lives of 500 to 700 young people each year. Their continued commitment extends to grant support, including a recent contribution to Edina, enabling her to launch a women’s empowerment project in Zambia. This initiative provides women with valuable baking skills, empowering them to build sustainable livelihoods.
